02 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on CC6, you must meet the following conditions. If you create an account using false information, it may be canceled at any time, and your balance could be forfeited.
Eligibility for Registration

One Account Per Person

- Maximum Withdrawal: ₱200,000 per day
- Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours; during business hours, many are completed within 1–3 hours.
- If you have an active bonus, your withdrawal may be held temporarily until the bonus terms are fulfilled.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to the payment method registered on your CC6 account.
CC6 has the right to request additional verification when a transaction looks suspicious. While the review is ongoing, your withdrawal may be placed on hold. Please keep your account details and documents complete and up to date.

Welcome Bonus
New players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must finish the wagering requirement within 30 days of receiving it; otherwise, the bonus becomes void.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has a wagering multiplier, usually between 10x and 30x.
- Your own deposited balance is used first before any bonus money comes into play.

06 Prohibited Activities
To provide a fair and safe gaming space for all members aged 21 and above, CC6 has banned the following actions completely. Breaking any of these rules will result in serious penalties.
- Using CC6 to launder money or carry out any kind of illegal fund transfer.
- Trying to hack into CC6, phishing other users, or launching cyber attacks.
- Opening several accounts just to grab bonuses and promotional offers more than once.
- Using auto-betting bots or any other automated software to play games.
- Collaborating with other players in a dishonest way to fix game results.
- Using the CC6 brand name or logo without prior authorization from the platform.

After Account Closure: What Happens Next

10 Revisions and Updates to the Terms

11 Dispute resolution

Resolving a Dispute: Step-by-Step
- Step 1: Bring your concern straight to our Customer Support team.
- Step 2: Not satisfied with what Customer Support told you? Your case can be bumped up to our management team.
- Step 3: Our dispute resolution unit will assess your complaint and get back to you within seventy-two (72) hours.
- Step 4: If we still can’t close the matter, we can bring in a neutral third-party mediator to help us reach a fair outcome.
Deadline for Filing a Complaint
You have thirty (30) days from the date of a transaction or game outcome to raise any dispute about it. After that window closes, we can no longer accept your complaint.
